Lofi Spite & Malice (“the app”) is a card game for iPhone. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the account identifier and, if you choose to share it, your email address and display name. You also choose a username and avatar. We store:

• Your user ID, username, email (if provided), and avatar
• Win/loss records against opponents you play
• Optional settings such as theme and sound preferences

During online play, the game server keeps a short-lived session so you can create, join, or reconnect to a match. We do not read your contacts, photos, or location.

How we use it

This information is used only to run the game: sign you in, show your name and avatar to opponents, keep scores, and remember your preferences. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use it for tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.

Where it is stored

Accounts and profiles are stored in Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Multiplayer games run on our Google Cloud server. Sign-in is handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from Profile in the app. That removes your profile and associated records we control.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.
