These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Lofi Spite & Malice (the “app”). By creating an account or tapping I Agree, you accept these Terms.

The game

The app is a two-player card game. You may play against the computer or another person online. You choose a username that other players can see on the board, in match history, and on the leaderboard.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes, without limitation:

• Offensive, hateful, sexual, or harassing usernames
• Harassment, threats, or abuse directed at other players
• Attempts to evade filters or impersonate staff

Usernames are filtered automatically. That filter does not excuse abusive names that slip through. We may remove content and eject users who violate these Terms.

Reporting and blocking

You can report objectionable content and block abusive users from Report or Block in the lobby menu or the in-game menu.

Blocking hides that player from your stats, today’s games, and the leaderboard immediately, and prevents Quick Match and private-room pairing with them. A block also notifies us so we can review the account.

How we handle reports

We review reports within 24 hours. If a report is valid, we remove the offending content (for example by resetting the username) and may eject or ban the user who provided it.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for the username you choose and for activity on your account. You may delete your account from Profile in the app.
